Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific part number you wish to return.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all clips, gaskets, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Affix Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the shipping carton, covering any previous transit markings.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the part's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
